At the exact moment that my phone died, Tehilla stopped breathing. It was caused by a combination of medication caught in an IV and obstructions in her throat.
The team immediately got to work and started resuscitating her and doing suction on her airways. At that moment, I turned my phone back on and with the 1% that it had, messaged my dear friend to urgently ask for prayers. Thank you, Alisa!
With that message, hundreds of people started praying. People at the Kotel (Western Wall) spread the word and soon hundreds were praying for her. The doctors got her back to breathing and waited calmly to see if she needed to be intubated. She did not. She stabilized and is talking and demanding water. She whines everytime our nurse comes near and is being her stubborn self.
Shortly after, our dear friend Shmuel came through and got a friend to run a recharger to me in the PICU. Thank you!!!
Tehilla is carried through on your prayers. There is no other way for me to see it. The influence that she causes for so many to turn to G-d and pray, in my mind, is what brings her success. Thank you. Please keep praying for her. We are in for a long night and there may be set backs. We need your prayers.
Security finally came and overrode my safe and have freed my belongings. They are now installing a new safe on my room.
Abbah Father, we lift up Tehilla bat Shoshana in your hands, have mercy and blrss her according to your BaruchHaShem.
